Wedding Packages
Basic Package
Venue rental, basic decoration, and seating arrangements.
Deluxe Package
Includes Basic Package plus a three-course meal, wedding cake, and a live music band.
Premium Package
Includes Deluxe Package plus an open bar, floral arrangements, and photography services.
Included
Venue rental, decoration, seating, catering, basic sound system.
Excluded
Bridal gown, guest transportation, personal wedding planner.
Add-ons
Extra floral arrangements, extended photography hours, custom menu options.
Group Discount Terms
20% discount for weddings of 50 guests or more. Terms apply.
Terms and Conditions for Special Events
- Minimum Group Size: The group discount is available for events with a minimum of number of guests specified.
- Booking Requirements:
– The discount applies to the total booking amount for eligible packages.
- Advance Booking:
– Bookings must be made at least two weeks in advance to be eligible for the group discount.
– Availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
- Payment Terms:
– A deposit of 25% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking to secure the discount.
– Full payment must be received 7 days before the event date.
- Date Restrictions:
– The group discount is not available during peak seasons, holidays, or blackout dates. Please inquire for specific dates.
- Cancellation Policy:
– Cancellations made 3 months before the event will receive a full refund.
– Cancellations made within 3 months of the event will forfeit the deposit.
– Rescheduling within 3 months of the event may incur additional charges.
- Eligibility:
– The group discount is applicable to the following event types: Weddings, Corporate Events, Group Events, Private Parties, Birthday Parties, Anniversaries, Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties, Graduations, Baby Showers, and Gender Reveals.
– Special promotional offers cannot be combined with the group discount.
- Additional Terms:
– Any additional services or add-ons not included in the original package will be charged at the standard rate and are not eligible for the group discount.
– The discount is applicable to new bookings only and cannot be applied retroactively to existing reservations.
